We will also relieve you of the burden of finding a buyer for your deals. We specialize in finding pre-qualified investors looking for investment properties. This allows you to stay in the “dedicated zone of acquisition” which is what it takes to succeed in this business.
All of our property locators have the opportunity to climb the pay scale ladder with our organization. We believe in self-promotion. It is truly one of the greatest benefits of this business. You control your own destiny. Whether your goal is to subsidize your current income or to become a full time property locator we have the infrastructure in place to accommodate you.
Unless you have considerable experience as a property locator, you would join our organization as an apprentice. During this phase of your wholesaling career, you are provided with hands on training. From pushing you to make additional calls to teaching you how to negotiate the best price, we are involved in every aspect of your deal for your first three transactions. The compensation during this phase is 25%* of the profit spread.
After you complete three transactions with Houses "R" Us, you will automatically advance to associate status and receive 50%* of the profit spread for your deals. You will also qualify for our bonus program. We believe in awarding our top producers frequently. As an associate you will also qualify for our advanced training, which will further expand your earning potential.
